ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
Our U.S online retail store will gladly accept your exchange for another item or store credit within 15 days of original purchase. Simply contact email@example.com.
Southern Girl & Co. carries limited items, therefore we do not offer price adjustments on items that were purchased within a sale time frame at this time.
The prices posted within the time frame of the said sale is strictly for that time frame only. There are no transfers, deductions after original purchase or cancelled orders prior to shipments.
Items are final sale, unless otherwise advertised.
We must authorize all returns to be exchanged before you are able to send merchandise back. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.
Underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, and merchandise marked final sale cannot be returned.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original attached tags.
Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at our discretion.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping fees on exchanges. Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless authorized.
We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the SG & Co. warehouse.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number and/or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Southern Girl and Co. and will be shipped back to sender.
Please note: SG&CO is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. Please contact the shipper for replacing your shipment with us.
