We ensure everything is correct and good to go before we ship. Our orders are subject to verification, approval and quality control before shipping and may take up to 72 hours (3 days) to process. We norm ship within 48 hours. All t-shirts are made fresh to order and may take up to 5 business days to ship.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, 100-year floods, service interruptions, pandemics, acts of our heavenly God, etc.
What are the delivery times?
Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday between 10am-3pm CS. Do I have to pay international duties and taxes?
Live outside the US? YES, YOU MAY HAVE DUITES AND TAXES FROM YOUR COUNTRY. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties or VAT tax. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control. Apologies we really wish it weren’t so!
What forms of payment can I use?
All major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal is accepted.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

How do I edit or cancel my order?
You can request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of your order being placed by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our headquarters at +1 (747) 227-5683 between the hours of 10:00am – 5:00pm CST. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
Please allow at least 24 hours after your package has shipped for your tracking number to provide an accurate update online. If the expected delivery date has passed please contact your local postmaster for further assistance.
What do I do if my package was undeliverable and returned to sender?
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back, we will contact you to provide the option of a reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
What do I do in the rare case that my order is lost or damaged? ‼️
Geez it sucks that that happened. Unfourtanetly, we are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages once it is accepted by the shipping co, USPS. Please track your package and ensure you are there to receive it upon delivery. Reshipments will be made upon our discretion after a claim has been made with USPS and completed.
